Why Cetelex — Qatar

An Odoo platform already delivered in Doha (Elysee Car International), a team that works natively in Arabic, English and French, and a two-hour time difference that keeps collaboration simple.

Odoo for companies in Qatar

We configure Odoo for the Qatari market: Qatari riyal, bilingual English/Arabic interface and printed documents, multi-company structures for groups. Qatar currently applies no VAT, so invoicing is configured accordingly — and Odoo's tax engine is ready the day VAT is introduced.

We also connect Odoo to what you already use: banks, e-commerce, WhatsApp for customer follow-up, and third-party systems through Odoo's API.

A delivery already made in Doha

We delivered an Odoo-based automotive platform to Elysee Car International in Doha: vehicle stock, sales, after-sales and spare parts, plus the web presence of the DFSK and Rely brands. The work is certified by a signed completion attestation. For dealerships and service centers, see our Dealer Management System in Qatar.

Community or Enterprise?

Odoo Community is free and already covers the essentials: sales, purchasing, inventory, invoicing, basic accounting. Odoo Enterprise adds advanced features and official support, with a per-user subscription. We advise you based on your size and budget, without pushing one edition over the other.

How we work with Qatar

We deliver remotely from Algiers, two hours behind Doha, so our working days overlap. Scoping, demos and training happen over video calls in English or Arabic; testing runs on a staging copy before anything reaches production. On-site visits can be planned for key milestones. If your Odoo is on an old version, see our Odoo migration service.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have an office in Qatar?

No. We deliver remotely from Algiers, with a delivered reference in Doha, and can travel for key project milestones. Our working hours overlap the Qatari working day.

Does Odoo work in Arabic?

Yes. Odoo fully supports Arabic with right-to-left display, including printed documents. Your teams can work in Arabic, English or French.

Is Odoo ready for VAT in Qatar?

Qatar currently applies no VAT, and we configure invoicing accordingly. If VAT is introduced, Odoo's tax engine handles it without re-implementation.

Where is the system hosted?

Wherever you decide: your own servers, or a cloud region of your choice. Your data can stay in Qatar if that is a requirement.

How much does an Odoo project cost?

It depends on the number of users, modules, custom developments and data takeover. We send a written quote after analysing your needs — no fixed public price list.
