Partners & white label

White label Odoo: your team, under your brand

White-label Odoo outsourcing: we deliver Odoo development, implementation, migrations and support on behalf of agencies, IT firms and Odoo partners in the US, the UK, Europe and beyond. Our name appears nowhere: it stays your project, your client, your brand.

Who we work with

You have the client — you're missing the team

We never work directly with your client. You remain their only point of contact.

Digital agencies & software vendors

A client asks you for an ERP and that is not your core business. We take the Odoo part, you keep the relationship and the invoicing.

IT firms & consultancies

You won an Odoo project but have no in-house capacity available. We provide the profiles, you provide the governance.

Odoo partners at capacity

Your order book is bigger than your team. We absorb the overflow without costing you a hire.

Integrators scaling up

A migration, a rebuild or a spike in tickets to handle over a few months, without growing your payroll.

Engagement models

White label Odoo: three ways to work together

Pick what fits: days, a fixed scope, or ongoing maintenance.

Staff augmentation

Development days you steer

You lead, we execute. You buy a volume of days per month and allocate them as you see fit.

  • Monthly commitment, adjustable volume
  • Your tooling: your repository, your tracker, your rituals
  • Weekly progress review
  • Dedicated profiles, no surprise rotation
Fixed scope

One scope, one price, one date

You hand us a specification, we hand back a tested deliverable. The overrun risk sits with us.

  • Detailed estimate per lot before commitment
  • Written, agreed acceptance criteria
  • Delivered in successive lots, never big bang
  • Warranty period after delivery
Support & maintenance

Maintenance under your name

We run level 2 and 3 support for your Odoo clients, with your response times and your channels.

  • Corrective, evolutive and version upgrades
  • Service levels defined with you
  • Monthly report using your own indicators
  • On-call cover available by contract

Rate card shared on request, once a confidentiality agreement is in place.

The white-label protocol

White label Odoo: how we protect your client relationship

White label is not a sales posture — these are clauses written into the contract.

NDA first

The confidentiality agreement is signed before the first technical conversation. It covers your client, your scope and your rates.

Your brand, everywhere

Documents, deliverables, screens and reports carry your identity. No mention of Cetelex, no link, no credit.

No direct contact

We never contact your client, during the engagement or after it. No commercial approach, ever.

The code stays yours

We work inside your Git repository. Code and rights are yours on delivery, with no hidden licence.

Your project manager or ours

You steer the developers directly, or you go through a single point of contact on our side. Your call.

Discretion on references

We publish neither your name, nor your client's, nor the project. Our white-label references stay anonymous.

What we bring

A white label Odoo partner with eight years of experience

Odoo 12 to 19

Community and Enterprise. Implementation, rescue of projects that went wrong, audit of existing code.

Migrations and upgrades

Version upgrades, Enterprise to Community transitions, rework of custom modules written by someone else.

Module development

Models, views, workflows, QWeb reports, controllers, portal, tests. Code that passes a review.

Industry modules already built

Automotive DMS, document management, vehicle inspection, claims handling: building blocks to adapt rather than write from scratch.

Integrations

SAP, third-party accounting, e-commerce, payment, logistics, WhatsApp, REST and XML-RPC APIs.

AI inside Odoo

Natural-language copilot, automated document capture, and models hosted on-premise when the data cannot leave the building.

Coverage

White label Odoo: where we work

Our partners are in Europe, the Gulf and Africa. One time zone connects us to all of them.

Europe

France, Belgium, Spain, Switzerland. Same time zone as Algiers or one hour apart: a full shared working day, meetings in the morning, deliveries in the evening. Native French-speaking contacts.

Middle East & Gulf

Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman. Only two hours apart, a compatible working week, and a team that delivers in Arabic as well as English — right-to-left interfaces included.

Africa

North Africa and French-speaking West Africa. Real familiarity with local constraints: charts of accounts, payroll, taxation and regulated invoicing.

Why us

What actually matters in an outsourcing relationship

One time zone, GMT+1

Full overlap with Europe and a wide overlap with the Gulf. You are not working asynchronously with your supplier.

Trilingual: French, English, Arabic

Workshops, documentation and support happen in your client's language, not only in ours.

A software publisher, not only a contractor

We publish our own Odoo modules. You buy product experience, not just development hours.

No chain subcontracting

The developers on your project are our own employees. Nothing is passed on to a third party.

Getting started

From first contact to first deliverable

01

NDA and scoping

Confidentiality agreement signed, then a thirty-minute call to understand your need, your client and your timeline.

02

Estimate

A written estimate in days, lot by lot, stating what is standard Odoo, what is configuration and what is development.

03

Pilot engagement

A short, paid first lot to test the working relationship before you trust us with a whole project.

04

Scaling up

Day volume adjusted month by month, with the same people. No relearning on every engagement.

Frequently asked

White label Odoo: what agencies ask us

Will you approach our client?

No, and it is written into the contract. We have no direct contact with your client, during the engagement or after it. A non-solicitation clause binds Cetelex for whatever period you set.

Who owns the code you write?

You do. We develop inside your repository and the rights transfer to you on delivery. No Cetelex licence is imposed and no proprietary module is slipped into the deliverable without your explicit agreement.

Do you work on Odoo Enterprise or only Community?

Both. We work on Odoo 12 to 19, Community and Enterprise, including databases where Enterprise modules have been replaced with open-source equivalents.

How do you handle our client's data confidentiality?

Access limited to what is strictly needed, anonymised working databases where possible, and confidentiality undertakings signed individually by the people involved. Where data cannot leave the client's premises, we work on their infrastructure.

How much capacity can you absorb?

Available capacity changes from month to month. We tell you honestly what it is on each request, with a real start date rather than a sales promise.

What are your rates?

The rate card is shared once the confidentiality agreement is signed, because it depends on the model, the volume and the duration. We do not publish a public price list.

Let's sign an NDA and talk about your next project

Thirty minutes is enough to know whether we can help, and from what date.
